چکیده

What Are Parent-Training Programs? arent-training programs, sometimes called parent-management training (Pearl, 2009), consist of integrated and manualized interventions designed to enable parents to acquire parenting skills to influence and manage their children’s behavior at home. Programs may also address the child’s physical health or the parent’s mental health. However, the primary aim of parenttraining programs is the training of parents to manage their children’s behavior, rather than educating parents about their children or changing child behavior without parental involvement.
